With a background in Interior Design, I believe our surroundings should lift us up. Over 18 years of navigating complex home care, I learned that managing the physical and mental load requires more than just effort, it requires a system.

Even during the heaviest years of caregiving, I ran a successful social enterprise by building strategies that turned stress points into repeatable routines. I’ve proven that with the right systems in place, it is possible to reclaim your personal and family capacity. I’m here to help you build yours.

About me

We build a functional foundation for your family to thrive. Whether you are in the pediatric or adult medical system, we help pivot your home into your greatest support system.

By automating the repetitive busy work of caregiving, we support you to reclaim your energy so you can focus on being a family. We partner with you to create personalized, sustainable plans that shift your daily routine from reactive to proactive.

Your energy defines your capacity. We’re here to help.

What we do

Services

Many families have successfully used Passport, SSAH, or Family-Managed Home Care (FMHC) funding to cover these services.

Information Catch

Moving the mental load into a system that actually works.

Right now, you are possibly the only person who knows how your home runs. You’re holding all the cards. It’s exhausting to be the only with the all the answers.

The Information Catch is a 1:1 service designed to take the weight off your shoulders. We are creating a reliable system where the chaos lands in a systematic way so anyone can use it and you can share the load.

Result: You get a physical tool that a nurse, grandparent, partner, or support worker can pick up and understand. You stop being the single holder of all information and gain personal capacity.

Cost: Starts at $450 (Includes two 1:1 sessions and your custom binder)

Strategic Overhaul

Shift from a reactive cycle to a proactive system.

Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis or years of survival mode, there comes a point where just getting through the day is no longer enough.

This is my most comprehensive 1:1 partnership. We rebuild your home’s logistics from the ground up, moving you from a reactive cycle of constant damage control to a proactive system that actually supports your family.

We pause the race and build a foundation that finally gives you room to breathe.

Cost: Packages starting at $1950

Workshops & Group Learning

Sometimes, you just need the right tools and a little bit of time to build the system yourself. I occasionally host small-group workshops for families who want to learn the skills to manage the "business side" of their home, from building your own Information Catch to successfully hiring and training your own care team.

These sessions are intentionally small and focused on real-world application, not just theory. I share the exact templates and workflows I’ve used for 18 years so you can start reclaiming your own capacity.

How it works:

I don’t keep a permanent calendar of events because I want these workshops to be useful for the people who actually need them. Instead, I open sessions based on interest from the community.

Current topics we can cover:

  • The DIY Information Catch: Setting up your own central binder.

  • The Hiring Roadmap: Finding, filtering, and onboarding the right caregivers.

  • Routine Design: Creating a household flow that supports the caregiver.

Interested in the next session?

If you’d like to join a workshop or have a specific topic you’re struggling with, please reach out. I keep a waitlist and open up new dates as soon as there is enough interest to fill a small group.

Workshop fees range from $35 to $450 depending on the length of the session and the resources provided. Most single-session workshops are priced for accessibility to ensure every family can start building their own foundation.
